Halos Over Houses LLC is a research and intake company located in Irving, Texas 75038. We are not a law firm. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
2. What we collect
Through this website, we collect only what is necessary to evaluate an inquiry and respond to it: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional state/county, the message you provide, and your explicit consent to be contacted. We may also retain basic technical logs (timestamps, error logs) for operational integrity.
3. What we never collect through the site
We do not request, and will not knowingly store, Social Security Numbers, bank account or routing numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or images of sensitive identity documents through this website. Our intake automatically scans for and redacts likely sensitive identifiers before saving any message, and notifies you if it does so.
4. How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, conduct public-record research relevant to your situation, and — if appropriate — route a properly redacted intake summary to a reviewing attorney. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Sharing with reviewing attorneys
If your situation appears worth a closer review, we share a redacted summary with an independently licensed attorney. That attorney then makes their own decision about whether to engage with you and, if so, handles their own intake (including any sensitive identifiers) directly with you under their own privacy practices.
6. AI assistant
The chat assistant and pre-screener on this site send your messages to a third-party large language model provider so the assistant can respond. The system prompt forbids the AI from accepting sensitive identifiers. Conversations may be logged in a redacted form for quality and compliance.
7. Retention
Inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and longer when required by law or for the integrity of an ongoing matter.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to delete the information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm and act on reasonable requests in line with applicable law.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
